This year has been a busy one for Academia with lots of challenges and changes associated with very aggressive growth for our company, in a very unstable economy.
Most notably, while we are still working through the challenges that will face us during the months to come, we want to stick with our core values: provide our customers with outstanding service, products of consistent high quality in a friendly and comfortable environment that resembles what you find in a typical Italian coffeehouse.
I would like this blog to be a communication tool focused on creating a community among our baristas and clients with the primary objective to improve our services and work environment.

Hey guys this is Jonathan at Design Center I thought maybe we could get acquainted through this blog since I'm a little removed from center city.
If any of you have some ideas that you have tried out at your locations that have worked, please let me know.
Anyone looking to keep pumpkin spice lattes selling? try drawing a jack-o-lantern in the foam or just a pumpkin now that Halloween has passed. It worked out here.

I work for a construction firm that did some leak repair work for Academia Del Caffe a few years ago. We never got paid and the manager Massimo, never returned our calls. We are owed over $1,000.00 for the work. If you work for a construction firm, my advice to you is to not do business with this place. You won't be paid just scammed.
